How it works
PublishSense is a WordPress plugin. Once a day, or however often you set, it does the work below on your own website. Nothing here needs you to write, prompt or approve unless you choose to.
Sense
It reads what your readers search for (your own Search Console when connected), what your site already ranks for, what people ask, and what the competitors you list haven't answered. It picks one question worth a post, and refuses a topic your site already covers.
Research
It opens real pages, keeps every source, and reads what the top results already say so the post can add something they don't. Any figure it cannot link to a page it opened is not written.
Write
In your voice, learned from your own writing: an answer-first structure, question-shaped headings, an FAQ, internal links to the pages that sell what the post is about, external links to primary sources only, a picture with alt text and a keyphrase file name, and the fields your SEO plugin expects (Rank Math, Yoast, All in One SEO, SEOPress, The SEO Framework, Slim SEO or Squirrly).
Check
A second pass reviews the draft against one register of rules: sources, figures, your pricing, health and finance claims, competitor links, markup, the author's quotes, and a 100-point score across six lenses. A failed check is repaired, then reviewed again, up to three times. No rule is ever relaxed to make a post pass.
Publish and announce
The post goes live at the time you set (a post every day means a post every day), then your connected social accounts get their own caption and the same picture, each at the hour that performs best for that network.
Learn
Search Console tells it what ranked, what got clicked and what slipped. The next topic, headline, structure and picture come from that.
What it never does
- It never changes a setting you saved. Updates fill blanks only; anything else appears as a suggestion you apply with one press, and every change is recorded and restorable.
- It never invents a figure, a quote or a person's experience. The author's own lines are quoted word for word; a first-person passage rests on something the author actually said.
- It never publishes a post that breaks a truth or safety rule, and it never leaves a scheduled day empty either: finished posts are held before they are due.
- It never deletes or edits your posts when you cancel. Everything it published stays exactly as it is.
- It never promises a ranking, traffic or a citation. It writes to be worth citing and shows you what happened.
