Patients search and ask AI assistants before they book. A practice website that publishes nothing for months is not in those answers. PublishSense was built first for practices, on the founder's own clinic sites.
Built for how a practice has to write
- The health-claim rule is not optional. No promised outcome, no “cure”, no guarantee. First-person experience is written as observation (“what I see most often in clinic is…”), never as a promise, and only from lines your clinician actually said.
- A real author, with consent. Posts are credited to your clinician, with their credentials, photo and profile links, only after they (or you, holding their written consent) say so. Until then, posts are credited to the practice.
- Your own photos, with permission. Your library and a shared folder of your practice's photographs, used only once you confirm the people in them agreed. Diagrams, charts, maps and quote cards are drawn fresh for the rest, so the blog never runs out of pictures and never looks samey.
- Local, where it matters. The towns you serve appear where a search is local (“near me”), not stuffed into every title. Your address, hours and directions sit in a “Near you” box on local posts.
- Every figure has its source. A number is written only when the post links to the page it came from. A study is named, not implied.
- No patient information, ever. The plugin reads your public pages, your settings and your Search Console data. Nothing from your practice management system, nothing about patients.

Proof, dated
Two of the founder's own practice sites, fitclinic.co and functionised.com, have run PublishSense since September 2026, at seven posts a week. Every post on them was written this way; read a few before you decide. Nothing on this page promises rankings, traffic or new patients.
